Ms. Garces has over 12 years of experience as an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Florida. She specializes in the areas of immigration and business transactions. She prepares immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and support documentation and advises companies on corporate formation, structure, shareholder agreements and duel diligence to get the business operational. She also acts as the closing agent and attorney for her clients' real estate transactions and closings. Her dedication and commitment as produced superior quality work product that has resulted in an impressive amount of favorable decisions for her clients. She received the highest recognition in in her international studies receiving the Book Award in International Legal Practice. She also received a Pro Bono Honor's Certification for her dedication to serving the community. She was also the Annual Scholarship Recipient for the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.
